Delete your account
You can request deletion of your VOLT account and associated ticket wallet data. This action is initiated from here and completed by our team to ensure tickets, orders, and organizer records are handled correctly.
What happens
- Your sign-in access to volttickets.com and Volt Scanner is removed.
- Active tickets may remain valid until the event passes or refunds are processed.
- Some records may be retained where required for payments, tax, or fraud prevention.
Email us from the address on your account with the subject line Delete my VOLT account. We will confirm by reply before processing deletion.
